Matchbox ("the Service") is a price-drop tracking application that connects to your email accounts to identify purchase receipts, extracts product and pricing information, monitors current retail prices, and notifies you of price decreases. The Service is provided by Matchbox ("we", "us", "our").

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful personal price-tracking purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Not use the Service to scrape or redistribute data commercially

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Price data depends on third-party retailer websites and may not always be accurate or available.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. Price tracking information is provided for informational purposes only — we do not guarantee price accuracy or refund eligibility.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms other users or the Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
